Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need access to our CRM?
No. The pilot is designed to work from a small CSV export. You do not need to provide CRM login access.
What kind of contacts should we provide?
The best segments are unconverted enquiries, stalled quotes, no-shows, missed callbacks, "not now" leads, or past customers who may be relevant for follow-up.
How many contacts do you need?
The pilot works best with 100–300 contacts.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. Rivenhall does not guarantee closed sales. The pilot is designed to test whether qualified callbacks can be recovered from existing pipeline. Your sales team handles final calls, surveys, quotes, and closing.
Who sends the messages?
This can be agreed during setup. The pilot can be prepared for your team to send, or run through an approved process. All messaging is approved by your team before launch.
What about GDPR?
Rivenhall only works with contacts your company confirms it is permitted to re-contact. All messaging is approved before launch, and opt-outs are respected. Rivenhall does not provide legal advice.
What counts as a qualified callback?
A qualified callback is a homeowner who replies positively, is still interested, is in your service area, owns or controls the property, and agrees to be contacted by your sales team.
How much does the pilot cost?
The 30-Day Revenue Leakage Test is €500 fixed fee.
What happens after the pilot?
You receive a performance report and a recommendation. If the pilot shows recoverable opportunities, Rivenhall can discuss an ongoing monthly follow-up system for stalled quotes, no-shows, dormant enquiries, and past customer opportunities.
